The neighborhood pool is open daily for the use of residents and guests from mid May through early September. In addition, there is an active social calendar of events scheduled throughout the year.
A Deed Restricted Community
Asbury Park Homeowners Association is a Deed Restricted Community governed by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR’s), By-Laws, Amendments to those documents, and Rules and Regulations. Please take time to familiarize yourself with these documents to understand what you have agreed to when you purchase your home. The homes on Maris Lane and Maris Court are considered the “Park Homes” of Asbury Park so please take special note if you are considering moving into one of these homes. Section III of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions deals specifically with the Park Homes. Additionally, there is an important amendment of interest to potential Park Home residents.
